International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
Founded in 1957, ICSC is the premier global trade association of the shopping center industry. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

The Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) constantly looks for ways to provide members with the competitive advantage. This is why the PRSM Academic Alliances program is an important benefit of members. Each partnership provides encouragement and support in continuing education and professional development. These value added member benefits include reduced enrollment and tuition fees for admission to highly accredited graduate, undergraduate and certification training programs.
BOMI International
PRSM has developed a new strategic partnership with BOMI International, the Independent Institute for Property and Facility Management Education.
The partnership will enable PRSM to offer an additional layer of education, designation, and certification opportunities to PRSM's retail and vendor members. Through the BOMI International partnership, PRSM members will earn Continuing Education Units (CEU) for BOMI International courses. PRSM members will learn in a setting that is most convenient for them, including instructor-led online courses. Contact PRSM Education at education@prsm.com for additional information.

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)
RIT is a prestigious private university located in Rochester, New York, Founded in 1828. RIT offers a full portfolio including applied technology, business, imaging, engineering, and more. RIT’s MS Facility Management program is the nation’s only online graduate program dedicated exclusively to the professional facility manager. As part of this partnership, RIT extends nearly 50 online study programs to PRSM members with a 10 percent reduction of tuition fees.
