Communities of Practice
Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.
PRSM’s Communities of Practice give our members a chance to engage in joint activities and discussions, help each other, and share information building relationships that enable them to learn from each other.
Communities develop their practice through a variety of activities.
- Problem Solving
- Requests for information
- Seeking experience
- Reusing assets
- Coordination and synergy
- Discussing developments
- Documentation projects
- Mapping knowledge and identifying gaps
