Membership Categories

Professional Corporate (Retail) Membership

PRSM retail membership is open to retail companies employing retail facilities maintenance management and property management firms, from independently owned locations to large chains.

The Professional Corporate Member is a voting member of the Association and may have more than one individual member per company.PRSM is committed to helping you prepare for, and stay ahead of retail facilities maintenance challenges so that you can focus on the thing that matters most—getting back to business.

Allied Corporate (Vendor/Supplier) Membership

PRSM vendor/supplier membership is open to all manufacturers, vendors, dealers or distributors of retail facility products and services, as well as property managers/developers of retail properties who provide products and services to retailers other than as a landlord, property owner or property manager.

The Allied Corporate member must submit an annual sales volume affidavit along with a membership application. The Allied Corporate member is a voting member and can have more than one individual member per company.
