PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Join us for PRSM LIVE - an engaging discussion among Retail Facilities Management and their vendors. This is an exchange of maintenance best practices they are in place at major retailers to save money and be more efficient while still maintaining the brand's image and safety within their stores. and will present best practices employed by the nation's leading retailer and suppliers fostering operational efficiencies and cost savings for their stores.
The discussion drills down on how retailers do business; hire contract services, such as cleaning; and leverage their multi-site locations to realize cost containment, minimize store employee responsibilities, and support their sustainability efforts.
PRESENTER BIOS Paul Walsh, Director of Vendor Management, Corporate Architecture, Construction & Facilities Services and Sourcing at Gap, Inc., San Bruno, CA and 2010-11 President, Board of Directors, Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association
Paul Walsh is a leader in facilities management having extensive experience in corporate America shaping and transforming the professionalism of facilities management. He has enhanced the value that facilities brings to the corporate brand and strengthened the credibility of the department's work by using fact based data to drive business decisions. In his current position, he is responsible for managing all supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in all areas of cost, quality, schedule and effectiveness.
He was elected by his peers to serve as the 2010-2011 President of the Association's Board of Directors. His volunteer involvement with PRSM Association includes serving as Chairman of the inaugural Best Practices Committee in 2008-09 and Secretary of the PRSM Association Board of Directors in 2009-2010.
Patricia Dameron, Executive Director, Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM), Dallas, TX

Patricia Dameron has senior leadership experience in membership based organizations. She is an accomplished association management professional with extensive expertise in developing strategic directions, building member relations and initiating programs to benefit membership organizations. She joined the Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) Association in August 2007 as its Executive Director and principal staff officer. She works closely with the Board of Directors in setting association strategy and goals while leading its energetic staff in the execution of program and services beneficial to its growing membership.
