Booth Staff - Registration includes entrance to Exhibition only. To upgrade booth staff to an Exhibitor Delegate registration, please complete the registration form below and fax it to us. To get entrance to education and other events, you must upgrade to an Exhibitor Delegate. The Booth staff rate has been discontinued. To add addtional booth staff, they must register as an Exhibitor Delegate.

Spouse / Guest registration includes access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and both Keynote Addresses (Monday and Tuesday and the Grand Finale on Tuesday night.
A spouse / guest is an individual who is not associated with or employed in the retail facilities industry.
RFMP Exam Registration is handled separately.
Conference Registration & Hotel Reservations
To register for the conference:

Conference registration is required to reserve hotel rooms for PRSM2010! National Conference.
Cut-Off Date:
The cut-off date for Online Registration is April 9, 2010, and for Hotel reservations is March 28, 2010.
Refund Policy:
No partial refunds will be given.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing to receive 100 percent refund by midnight, March 15, 2010. There are no refunds for cancellations postmarked after March 15, 2010.
Substitution Policy:
Substitutions are welcome. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a complete registration form. Additional fees may be required based on the replacement's membership status. Late substitutions will be processed on site after April 9, 2010.
Alcohol Policy:
PRSM endorses a responsible drinking policy for its attendees. No one under 21 years of age will be served alcohol at any PRSM function, and anyone who appears to be intoxicated will not receive service.

Facilities Connection is back by popular demand from the PRSM Mid-Year Conference '09. Facilities Connection matches PRSM retail members seeking specific solutions to PRSM vendor members who can offer those solutions. Facilities Connection is in a non-pressured and relaxed environment. Each vendor will give four 30 minute presentations and each retailer will visit four different vendor members. Facilities Connection is open to serious retail buyers only. All participating retailers and vendors are invited to a private reception and dinner following to continue networking.
