FacilitySource is a fast growing and entrepreneurial division of Control Holding Group, Inc. We are looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our Sales Team.

Opportunity:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will join a growing team selling a managed service solution to CFOs, VPs of Store Operations, Real Estate & Facility executives in multi-location national retailers, restaurants, banks, etc. We are looking for bright, aggressive sales professionals who want an opportunity to shine in a growing organization and be recognized for their performance.

Key Success Factors:

• Aggressive in establishing new accounts
• Successfully developing interest in our solutions to executives
• Strong cold calling skills
• Demonstrated ability to generate interest at the C level
• Ability to work on own and be self-directed
• Creativity and quick-thinker
• Energetic and self-motivated

Qualifications:

• Four year degree in marketing or communications is preferred
• Minimum 2-5 years of selling business service solutions
• Sales experience with the retail construction, facility maintenance or other related industries is a plus
• Documented success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience in selling to national accounts at the C level

Compensation & Benefits:
Your drive and performance will be rewarded with a base salary, plus a commission package. We offer an excellent employee benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid holidays, and vacation. Candidate must reside in the Columbus metropolitan area and will work out of our new Columbus office.
