Overview

The Retail Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance program and projects for Fossil's retail stores in the US and Canada. The RFM will manage a 3rd party vendor to ensure that the Fossil store fleet is maintained to Company standards and within the budget.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

• Review & approve invoices
• Elevated point of contact for stores
• Develop and improve tools and processes
• Develop and manage budget (approx 1.5M total)
• Prepare status reports
• Manage store closures
• Work directly with landlords to resolve & report issues
• Develop tool to maintain store asset information

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• 5-8 years related experience
• Intermediate level understanding of:
  

  ◊	MEP Systems
  ◊	Store construction & maintenance processes
  ◊	Budget development
  ◊	Leases as they relate to maintenance
