GNH SERVICES:  NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Company Overview:

Award winning national general contractor provides excellent opportunity for an established National Account Executive to lead the development and management of new business that will help attain long-term sales objectives. Our services include remodels, rollouts, tenant improvement, FF&E installations & programmatic maintenance, and ground-up construction. We are located in the St. Louis, MO suburb of Chesterfield and prefer the position be based here (relocation assistance provided), but we are open to a home-office arrangement for the right candidate.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate profitable net new revenue by qualifying new customers and markets
• Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships resulting in continuous revenue growth
• Provide superior account management service & leadership by collaborating with teams within organization in support of client needs - both external and internal
• Prepare sales activity reports, maintain accurate sales forecast, and other documentation
• Attend trade shows, client events, and industry networking events to promote business
• Oversee entire sales cycle including prospecting, evaluating, developing, proposing, negotiating, and closing sales then ensuring client satisfaction and retention through implementation and A/R collections when necessary

Education/Skill Requirements:

• At least 5 years of demonstrated achievement in business to business sales, ideally for a contractor or vendor-supplier to construction industry
• Strong professional selling, relationship building, negotiation and closing capability with demonstrated results with multi-million dollar volume
• A proven track record of identifying qualified prospects and building long-term relationships
• Motivated self-starter that works well independently and with teams
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, business, construction or related field
• Active client list within the retail construction industry
• Advanced organizational and communication skills
