In September 2017, the PRSM Board of Directors revised the existing Code of Ethics and adopted two additional Policies: Code of Conduct at PRSM Events and Sexual Harassment Policy. These Policies go into effect immediately.
PRSM members view professionalism, integrity and ethical business practices as the values that drive ethical conduct for the facility management profession. PRSM’s Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct at PRSM Events and Sexual Harassment Policy apply those values to the real-life business practice of facility management, where the best outcome is the most ethical one.
The Policies reflect the high standard of business conduct representing what is the hallmark of our organization and the industry we represent. These Policies help to define our commitment to support a culture of openness, trust and integrity in all we do.
All PRSM members, volunteers, certification holders and certification applicants must comply with the Code and Policies.
