RFMP is Retail’s Top Facilities Management Designation
Dallas, TX, January 9, 2017 – The Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) today announced that Stephanie Moon-James, RFMP, Director of Industry Programs at PRSM, has earned the Retail Facility Management Professional (RFMP) designation, a mark of excellence achieved by an elite group of retail facility management professionals.
With more than 35 years of industry experience, Stephanie is a seasoned Facilities Management professional. Prior to joining PRSM she was a Facilities Leader for Pizza Hut Inc. and managed more than 100 corporate owned restaurants across 4 states. She also served as Regional Facilities Manager and a Capital Project Manager for Brinker International. In her current role at PRSM, she is responsible for the development of tools and resources for benchmarking, best practices, white papers and sustainability programs

To renew the RFMP credential, candidates must earn 18 Continuing Education Units within a 36-month period from the date the designation was earned. RFMP designee’s stay abreast of industry changes by participating in ongoing education and industry involvement. Thus, it is an honor neither easily earned nor maintained.
