As mall and retail spaces transform, coworking spaces may be the solution to dwindling foot traffic. The highest concentration of co-working spaces in retail is currently in malls, which is expected to grow as the number of remote workers increase. Click here to read more.
NRF increased its retail sales forecast for 2018, saying sales are expected to grow more than previously predicted thanks to tax reform and other positive economic inputs, but warning that tariffs threaten to dampen consumer confidence.
